The researchers acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands on which Griffith University operates: the Yugarabul, Yuggera, Jagera, Turrbal and Yugambeh/Kombumerri peoples. We pay respect to the Elders, past and present, and acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded on these lands.
